Vitamin d deficiency can absolutely cause hair loss, but it's not as common to be completely depleted. Hats also can cause hair loss. That's called traction alopecia. Constant pulling can permanently damage hair follicles.

Struggle was real! Man, really painful memories indeed. I remember clearly being constantly frustrated due to wind and rain. Thankfully these days are behind. The piece of mind HT has given me is invaluable. Stay strong. First months can be brutal if you're waiting for results, but If you just trust the process and know results are coming, it's inevitable, it will put you in a much better mental position.

@@MrRolandas Its really taking to damn long a little over 5 months and density is a joke. Looking for ways to speed it up.

I always found it interesting that people brining poor blood circulation in crown theory conveniently mention only for cases when there's slow growth / no growth (whether meds or transplant). That's not always the case. I've seen plenty of examples on crown growth being on par with any other area that makes me belief this is just an excuse.

I wore a comb over for years myself. All I can say is I'm grateful every time I think about my hair now that over done these transplants. 0 headache while I'm the past rain and wind would be my biggest enemies.

Yeah it was weekend when they're normally closed. But trust me, there's nothing to worry about. It's normal to panic etc, but once you will do it once or twice, you will feel confident. To wash recipient area is very simple. You won't damage your grafts, trust me (unless you go HAM on purpose). Wach my videos from all 3 transplants and you will see how I did it.

do you mean now transplanted? From hairline to the crown? Basically all of my transplant?

@@rhhum no hair loss person would have in total around 50,000 all around the head. Top would usually be about 50% of total amount.

Thanks Richard. I'm trying my best to help out fellow hair loss sufferers. I've mentioned during live stream that I kind of hate this industry as its quite filthy. Everyone is just trying to capitalise on insecurity of people. And while nothing wrong with capitalism, i hate scams and negligence. That's why I haven't had any sponsors myself except Manual in the past, although I could have easily make a bank if I'd take all offers from shit clinics/scam products etc. Hopefully you'll find the right path with your hair loss and please do as much research as possible, don't get lazy on this as everyone is praying for you to be gullable and believe promises.

I have lichen planopilaris ,so unfortunately for me hair transplant is losing off time. Because LPP isn't possible to heal. Only to put for a while in remission. That's reason why no one does not recommend hair transplant when diagnosis LPP.

not everything was covered during previous surgeries :D

The only issue here is if you would leave fibers for very long time without washing as it can irritate skin. Skin is still healing. Other than that it will be fine. Nothing can damage your transplant at this stage.

If you hoping for Hair to grow back from the area they have taken hair, then probably not as the hair has been taken with a root. If its a shock loss to surrounding hair, it can in the next 3-6 months after HT

Propecia is indeed more expensive than generic, but nothing crazy IMO. That's how I've started. And yes, I'm still on it. Been for the last 5-6 years or so. No issues.

Can't comment as it's very different for each case. You can be Norwood 7 and have enough donor to cover all top with donor still looking good (no need for SMP).

I didn't either. Dr. Ferreira used me as a case study for one of the conferences he have been. Afterwards he shared this with me. Not sure if he's using coverage value calculator for every case.
